South Leeds Sports Centre
 
Anyone aged 60 + you can now swim4free at all Leeds City Council swimming pools. The free swimming initiative is now taking place at South Leeds Sports Centre, offering you the chance to swim for free in all general swims, women’s and men’s only swims and family swimming sessions. This includes:
 
Early Morning Swims Monday to Friday 7.30am – 9.00am
Lunch Time Swim Monday to Thursday 12noon – 1.30pm
  Friday 12noon – 1.00pm
You can take advantage by presenting your LeedsCard 60 card at the leisure centre. If you have not yet got a card, don’t worry, from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 you can sign up for a LeedsCard 60 card free of charge.

at St Matthew’s Community Centre.
Light refreshments will be available at 50p
and there will be a different activity organised each week

 
 
Activities that will be available include:

• Quizzes
• Card games
• Dominoes
• Reminiscence box
• Gentle exercise
• Healthy eating
